RANCHI, India, Nov. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No. 88/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1- B)(a), 26 & 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Jamshedpur.
3. In the midnight of 07.06.2025, Sakchi police apprehended this petitioner and co-accused Alamgir Khan from a place near Suvarnrekha link road, Jamshedpur. On search, fire arms are alleged to have been recovered from their possession.
4. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner has drawn the attention towards Newspaper cutting which is part of this petition. It appears that petitioner was arrested on 04.06.2025 and subsequently he was shown to be arrested with fire arms on 07.06.2025.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Jamshedpur in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No. 88/2025.
