RANCHI, India, Nov. 6 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:

1. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant, on instruction, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this appeal with a liberty to file application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

2. In view of such submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. However, it is left open upon the appellant to make an application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
