JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ANIL RAUT V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:

1. Heard the parties.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief :-

"for issuance of appropriate writ(s) / order(s) /direction(s) commanding upon the respondents to provide the certified copy of the Khatiyan (Parcha) of Jamabandi No.71 of Mouza Behran, NO.321, P.S. Devipur, District Deoghar, to the petitioner forthwith."

3. In pursuance of order dated 26.11.2025, Mr. Naman Priyesh Lakra, Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar is physically present before this Court.

4. It has been submitted that the demanded document has already been supplied to the petitioner and as such the present writ petition has become infructuous.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has received the required document.

6. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of as infructuous.

7. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.

8. The personal appearance of the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar is dispensed with.
