RANCHI, India, March 4 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 3:
1. Heard the parties.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that his salary from 30.01.2022 to 10.04.2022 has not been sanctioned and paid. On query, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was ill and he asked for leave, which was not sanctioned. Thus, it was not possible for him to join because of the illness.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Khunti -respondent No.3, the case of the petitioner will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed.
4. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within four weeks before the Deputy Commissioner, Khunti -respondent No.3. The respondent No.3 will consider the status of period when the petitioner was absent and whether he can be regularized or not and then only pass an appropriate order in relation to the claim of petitioner. The order should be passed within a period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with the representation.
5. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
6. Pending IAs, if any, also stands disposed of.
