JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON AMAR PRASAD AGRAWAL AND ORS. V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANR.

RANCHI, India, June 13 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 12:

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, after facing trial, have been acquitted in the case being Lohardaga Mahila P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019, therefore, present revision against the order dated 04.02.2022 rejecting the discharge application filed by the present petitioners, has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, this criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
