RANCHI, India, Oct. 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 26:
1. This petition has been filed for restoration of WP(S) No. 2881 of 2024 to its original file, which has been dismissed for non-compliance of the Court's order.
2 Counsel for the petitioners submits that he undertakes to remove the defect(s) if the writ petition is restored.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission, I am inclined to allow this restoration petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
4. Consequently, WP(C) No. 2881 of 2024 is restored to its original file. It is expected that the petitioner will deposit the deficit court fees as pointed out by the office in writ petition within four weeks.
5. List the writ petition as per roster.
