JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON AJAY KUMAR NISHAD V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANOTHER

RANCHI, India, Sept. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 1:

1. Mr. Shadab Ansari, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instruction seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State has got no objection for the same.

3. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
