JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON AJAY HEMBRAM AND ORS. V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, July 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 23:

1. Since the issue in this writ petition (PIL) relates to a service matter, in view of the judgment of Supreme Court in Dr. Duryodhan Sahu and Ors v. Jitendra Kumar Mishra and Ors in 1998(7)SCC 273, this PIL is not maintainable.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition (PIL) is dismissed.
