JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ADARSH SAHKARI GRIH NIRMAN SWALAMBI SAMITI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, March 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 30:

1. The instant interlocutory application has been filed for withdrawal of the present writ petition as the Appellate Tribunal is functional.

2. In view of above fact, I.A. No.1399 of 2026 is, hereby, allowed.

3. Consequently, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

4. Pending I.A., if any, also stands disposed of.
