JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ABUS HUSSAIN V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, Oct. 22 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 22:

Mrs. Juhi Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal in order to move a fresh application for grant of bail before the learned court below.
