JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ABHAY THAKUR V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Oct. 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 23:

1. Learned counsel for the appellant after arguing for sometime seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to purse the pending suit.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Consequently, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
