JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR LALU PRASAD SAW V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, Oct. 16 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 15:

1. After some argument, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant intends to not press the instant interlocutory application.

2. Such submission has been made in presence of the learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the learned counsel appearing for the informant who have raised no objection.

3. Accordingly, I.A No.11733 of 2025 stands dismissed as not pressed.
