RANCHI, India, Jan. 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 5:
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, seeks leave of this Court not to press the instant writ petition with liberty to pursue his grievance before the authority concerned.
2. There is no opposition by learned counsel for the respondents-State.
3. Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to the petitioner to approach before the authority concerned, for redressal of his grievance, if any.
4. With the liberty aforesaid, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
