[1] In the hearing today, Mr. Ch. Momon, learned counsel on
record for revision petitioner is before this Court (physical Court) but there
is no representation for respondents either in the physical Court or on the

for rescheduling captioned matter inter-alia owing to Full Court Reference.
[3] However, owing to afore-referred adjournment request of
