Issue notice in both the petition as well as the connected application, returnable within four weeks.
Petitioner is to take steps for service of notice upon respondents No. 1 and 2 by way of speed post service.
Steps should be taken within one week and the petitioner is to file an affidavit showing proof of service of such notice.
