3. The modification application has been moved for modifying the order dated 12.06.2026.

4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that instead of Section 137(2) of BNS, the correct Sections 137(2), 64(1) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3(a)/4 of the POCSO Act have to be inserted.

5. Modification application is allowed.

6. The order dated 12.06.2026 be corrected accordingly.

7. This order be treated as part of the order dated 12.06.2026.
