1. The appeal came up for hearing for the first time on 15.06.2026, on which date the learned Senior Counsel for the appellants submitted that there were some errors in the appeal which required rectification. Accordingly, time was granted.

2. The matter is listed today. The learned Senior Counsel submits that instead of correcting the errors in the appeal, he would like to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file afresh. Since notice has not yet been issued to the respondent and no effective orders have been passed in the matter, the prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law.
