1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. This is an application by the petitioner for grant of interim bail on the ground of illness of his mother who is suffering from jaundice.
3. Heard. Accordingly, learned State counsel is hereby requested to obtain instruction with regard to the ailment of the mother of the petitioner; the requirement of the petitioner in attending his ailing mother and whether the treatment of the mother of the petitioner can be done in his absence. List this matter before the regular Bench with the aforesaid instruction for consideration of interim bail application of the petitioner.
