1. This matter is taken up through Virtual Mode.

2. This matter was not in today's list, however, on being mentioned this matter is taken up today in special list.

3. This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer for interim bail.

3. Although it is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that a copy of the I.A has been served on learned counsel for the State, however, there is nobody from the side of the State to defend the State in this matter.

4. Considering the prayer for interim bail in the I.A, this Court took up the matter with utmost urgency. However, this Court with a heavy heart is compelled to record its dissatisfaction regarding the conduct of the State Counsels.

5. In view of the aforesaid position, it is directed that the matter be listed in the week commencing 22.06.2026. In the meantime, the learned counsel for the State shall obtain instruction positively with regard to the health condition of the mother of the present Petitioner.
