1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. This is an application by the petitioner for grant of interim bail for operation of his wife.
3. Heard. In the aforesaid situation, the learned State counsel is hereby, requested to obtain instruction with regard to the ailment of the wife of the petitioner; the requirement of the petitioner in attending his ailing wife and whether the treatment of wife of the petitioner can be done in his absence. Accordingly, list this matter before the regular Bench with the aforesaid instruction for consideration of interim bail to the petitioner.
