2. This First Appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 29.09.2010 (decree signed on 06.10.2010) passed by the learned Sub Judge-I, Giridih in Title Suit No. 21 of 2002.
3. It has been reported by the learned counsel for the respondents that the appellant has expired more than 5 years ago.
4. To this, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that he has no instructions in the matter and therefore, he is not in a position to argue the case.
