4. The matter has been remanded by the Hon'ble Supreme Court pursuant to the order dated 26th April, 2024 after setting aside the judgement dated 30.06.2022 passed in First Appeal No. 43 of 2012 by a co-ordinate Bench of this court.
5. In order to give one opportunity to the appellants, the matter is directed to be posted on 13.07.2026 subject to payment of cost of Rs. 20,000/- to be deposited in the Advocates' Association Welfare and Development Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi.
