1. There appears to be typographical error in the judgment dated 09.06.2026, as the date of decree dated 09.05.2022 has wrongly been mentioned as 04.05.2022.
2. Accordingly, the judgment dated 09.06.2026 is modified to the extent that wherever the date of decree has been mentioned as 04.05.2022, the same shall now be read as 09.05.2022.
3. The judgment is accordingly modified.
