Learned counsel for the appellant and State are present.

2. Notice upon proposed legal heirs of respondent nos. 1 and 5 were issued. The notice issued upon respondent nos. 1(i), 1(vi), 1(vii) and 5(i) has been received personally by them and notice issued upon respondent nos. 1(iii) and 1(v) has been received by their husband.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the notice upon the aforesaid respondents be accepted as valid.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer made.

5. Accordingly, the notice upon respondent nos. 1(i), 1(vi), 1(vii), 5(i), 1(iii) and 1(v) are accepted as validly served.

6. So far as notice upon respondent nos. 1(ii) and 1(iv) are concerned, the tracking report of the speed post is showing the same 'in transit'.

7. The Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent nos. 4, 1(i), 1(iii) and 1(v) to 1(vii) have already been filed.

8. Since the respondent nos. 1(ii) and 1(iv) are married daughters and counsel for the other legal heirs of respondent no. 1 is absent today, post this case on 10th July, 2026 and the learned counsel who has already filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 4, 1(i), 1(iii) and 1(v) to 1(vii) may seek instructions and if so instructed, may file Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 1(ii) and 1(iv) also.

9. Let a copy of this order be forwarded to Mr. Manish Kumar, Advocate, who has entered appearance on behalf of legal heirs of respondent no. 1.

10. Let this case be segregated from the batch of cases listed today and posted on 10th July, 2026.
