1. Perused the office note dated 10.06.2026.

2. The notice has been shown to be received by the father but without any jointness of the family.

3. The tracking report of the speed post has also referred showing the item delivered to the addressee.

4. This Court in view of the aforesaid office note, is of the view that further steps is to be taken to secure the appearance of the respondent by serving the notice through the jurisdictional police station, for which, requisites etc. must be filed within a week.

5. Let the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jamshedpur (East Singhbhum) be impleaded as party.

6. Ms. Shweta Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives notice on behalf of the State for the purpose of service of notice upon the respondent wife.

7. The notice is made returnable on 30th July, 2026.

8. Let a copy of the memo of appeal be served upon Ms. Shweta Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, and her name be reflected in the daily cause list as well.
