The learned APP submits that this I.A. has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, seeking condonation of delay of 4 days in preferring the connected appeal.
Issue notice to the sole respondent.
Steps be taken within 3 days.
List the matter again on 04.02.2026.
The petitioner is directed to take steps in the usual manner as well as through the concerned police station.
