GUWAHATI, India, Aug. 28 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on July 28:
Mr. G. Imtiaz, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and submits that the petitioner has not received his salary while working as an Assistant Teacher of L. P. School since the month of March, 2018.
Ms. S. Boro, learned counsel appears on behalf of Ms. R. B. Bora, learned counsel for the BTC and submits that a show-cause notice has been issued to the petitioner for his absence from duty w.e.f. 01.04.2025 to 10.04.2025. However, the issue raised by the petitioner is regarding non payment of salary since the month of March, 2018. Accordingly, the respondents to file their counter-affidavit within 2 (two) weeks explaining as to why the salary is not been paid to the petitioner.
List again after 2 (two) weeks, on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
Upon perusal of the Order dated 18.07.2025 of the Lawazima Court, notice is accepted to be completed upon respondent No. 6.
