GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER PURANDA BORA V/S RABI KANTA BORA AND ANR

GUWAHATI, India, Feb. 14 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Jan. 19:

1. Heard Mr. G.U. Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, who prays for an adjournment on the ground of personal difficulty. He submits that he has informed the learned counsel for the respondent's side, who has no objection to the said prayer.

2. Hence, the prayer is allowed.

3. Let this matter be listed on 11th February, 2026.
