GUWAHATI, India, Dec. 23 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Nov. 24:

1. Heard Ms. D. D. Barman, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate representing the State.

2. The office note dated 11.11.2025 shows that the notice issued to the respondent Nos. 1 to 13 have returned without service with an endorsement "insufficient address".

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondents are represented by their attorney holder, namely, Sri Jaydeep Bhattacharjee and, therefore, she prays for allowing the applicant to take steps for issuance of notice upon the aforesaid respondents by serving the notice upon a constituted power of attorney holder Jaydeep Bhattacharjee.

4. The prayer is allowed.

5. The applicant shall take steps for issuance of notice upon the constituted power of attorney holder of the respondents within seven days from the date of this order by speed post as well as by usual mode, returnable after four weeks.

6. List accordingly.
