GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SMT. MERRY LASKAR V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM AND ANR

2. Mr. B. N. Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the matter is in the stage of compromise and as such as prayed for some time.
