GUWAHATI, India, July 2 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on June 2:
On the prayer of Shri B. Kaushik, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education Department, these matters are adjourned by 3(three) weeks to enable him to file affidavit-in-opposition.
Shri B. Purkayastha, learned counsel for the petitioner in these cases submits that there is an interim order which is required to be extended.
Interim order stands extended till the next date of listing.
