GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 2 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 8:
1. Heard Mr. I. Rafique, learned counsel assisted by Ms. S.A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Mr. I. Rafique, learned counsel assisted by Ms. S.A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wishes to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh one, as the State needs to be impleaded as a party, which has not been done.
3. It is submitted that, for this technical reason, the prayer may be allowed.
4. Having considered the matter, the instant criminal petition is disposed of on withdrawal; with a liberty to file a fresh one after impleading all the necessary parties.
