GUWAHATI, India, July 1 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on June 2:
Heard Mr. A.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Issue notice returnable within four weeks.
Mr. D.K. Roy, learned Standing Counsel, SEBA representing the respondent submits that the SEBA has been re-nonmenclature as Assam State School Education Board therefore, the respondent stands to be corrected as the Secretary of Assam State School Education Board, Government of Assam, Bamunimaidan, instead of the Secretary of Board of Secondary Education.
Accordingly, the particulars of the respondent stands corrected as the Secretary of Assam State School Education Board, Government of Assam, Bamunimaidan, instead of the Secretary of Board of Secondary Education.
The learned counsel for the petitioner will file amended cause title within one week from today.
Since respondent is duly represented notices are waived. However, extra copies be furnished to the learned counsel for the respondent within a period of one week from today.
The respondent will obtain required instructions in the matter and file necessary affidavit, if so advised in the meantime.
