GUWAHATI, India, March 4 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Feb. 3:

Heard Mr. B.K. Bhagawati, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. P.C. Dey, learned counsel for the opposite party.

This interlocutory application, under Order 41 Rule 27 read with Section 151 of the CPC, is preferred by the applicants for production of additional evidence before the Court.

Mr. Bhagawati, learned counsel for the applicants submits that this application has to be heard along with the RSA No. 209/2017 and since this IA is being listed, along with the RSA, in the order column, he is not ready to argue the matter today.

At this stage, Mr. Dey, learned counsel for the opposite party, suggests that the matter may be listed on 17.02.2026.

Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, it is provided that the registry shall list this IA along with the RSA on 17.02.2026.

On that day, this IA will be heard along with the RSA.
