GUWAHATI, India, Dec. 8 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Nov. 7:

Heard Mr. DK Sarmah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Deka, learned CGC for the respondent no.1 ad Mr. A Ganguly, learned Standing Counsel, Assam Gramin Vikash Bank, for the respondent nos. 4 & 5. Office note dated 03.11.2025 reflects that in terms of the order dated 07.04.2025 names of the respondent nos. 2 & 3 are struck off from the array of the respondents. But, the necessary endorsement could not be made in cause title in the absence of the amended cause title being filed by the writ petitioner. Mr. DK Sarmah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amended cause-title is ready to be filed and he be permitted 3 (three) weeks time to file it.

Mr. A Ganguly, learned Standing Counsel, Assam Gramin Vikash Bank does not object to the prayer made.

Let the matter be listed again on 28.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall file amended cause-title before the Registry in the meantime.
