GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON PRANAB RANJAN BHATTACHARJEE V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM AND 7 ORS

GUWAHATI, India, Sept. 18 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Aug. 19:

Mr. R R Gogoi, learned Standing counsel, PHE Department submits that he be given time till 04.09.2025 to complete his instructions in the matter in terms of the queries raised by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2025.

Prayer is not objected to by Mr. P K Roychoudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Registry to list these matters again on 04.09.2025, on which date, Mr. R R Gogoi, learned Standing counsel, PHE Department shall apprise this Court with regard to the queries raised vide order dated 07.08.2025 and shall also apprise this Court with regard to the components involved in the work orders issued to the petitioner.
