GUWAHATI, India, June 23 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 23:

Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.

Learned counsel Ms. F. Begum appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Heard.

Perused the records.

Perusal of the instant case record reveals that the notice was issued to the respondent No. 5 by registered post with A/D as well as by usual Court process on 25.02.2025.

Now, in respect of the aforesaid notices issued to the respondent No. 5, it has been observed as follows:-

In respect of the notice issued through registered post with A/D:- In this regard, it appears that neither the A/D card nor any un-served notice has been received by the concerned section till date.

However, the postal track consignment report regarding the aforementioned notice issued to the respondent No. 5 is generated from the Indian Post website, which reflects that the notice in respect of the said respondent has been delivered to the addressee on 25.03.2025.

In respect of the notice issued through usual Court process:- In respect of the said notice, it has been observed that the service report of the notice issued to the respondent No. 5 has been received, wherein, it has been stated that the notice has been duly received by the respondent.

In view of the observations made above, it may be discerned that both of the notices issued through registered post with A/D as well as usual Court process has been duly served upon the respondent No. 5. As such, it may be said that service in respect of the said respondent (respondent No. 5) has been completed.

Accordingly, the matter may be placed before the Hon'ble Court.
