Heard Mr. A. Sarma, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner. Also heard Mr. J. K. Goswami, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 5 and Mr. C. Boruah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4.

Mr. C. Boruah, learned counsel seeks for a short accommodation in the matter.

The prayer is allowed.
