GUWAHATI, India, June 3 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 3:
Heard Mr. A. Garg, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant. Also heard Mr. B.D. Das, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 and Mr. A. Ganguly, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2.
Service upon the respondent Nos.4 to 7 has already been dispensed with.
The matter comes upon for consideration of the interlocutory application preferred on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to delete the names of the respondent Nos.3 & 8 from the array of the respondents in Writ Appeal No.83/2025.
The application is allowed at the risk of the applicant/appellant and it is ordered that the names of the respondent Nos.3 & 8 be deleted from the array of respondents in Writ Appeal No.83/2025.
Amended cause-title of the writ appeal be filed within a period of 1(one) week from today.
The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
