GUWAHATI, India, Aug. 14 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on July 14:
Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.
Learned counsel R. Begum appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Heard. Perused the records.
Perusal of the instant case record reveals that the earlier Lawazima Court's orders dated 08.04.2025 & 22.05.2025 had repeatedly directed the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent Nos. 1 to 19 by registered post with A/D as well as by usual process. But so far, no such steps have been received by the concerned section till date.
Now, in regard to the service of notice upon the aforementioned respondent Nos. 1 to 19, the learned counsel R. Begum appearing on behalf of the petitioner before the Lawazima Court today prays for some more time to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondents mentioned above.
In view of the above, the petitioner is accorded one last opportunity of 7 (seven) days time to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent Nos. 1 to 19 by registered post with A/D as well as by usual process mode, as prescribed by the earlier order of the Hon'ble Court dated 04.12.2023.
Let the matter be listed again before the Lawazima Court on 08.08.2025.
