GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON JUNU KALITA V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM AND 2 ORS

GUWAHATI, India, July 2 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on June 2:

Heard Mr. K Boruah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D Gogoi, learned Standing Counsel, PHE.

List the matter again on 04.06.2025 by which date learned Standing Counsel, PHE will place before the Court the Circular/OM issued by the Government laying down the procedure for review of suspension in respect of the Government Officers.
