Heard Mr. S.N. Krishnatreya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Borah, learned Junior Government Advocate for the State respondents.
Matter be listed after one(01) week enabling Mr. D. Borah, learned Junior Government Advocate to complete his instructions as to whether the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order passed by the disciplinary authority has been disposed of.

It is seen that the IPG (Admn.) vide communication dated 28.12.2023 addressing to the Superintendent of Police, Nalbari, Assam had also sought for the instructions why the writ petitioner's claim has not yet been furnished by the Superintendent of Police, Nalbari, Assam.
