Mr. P Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that he has received the Case Diary, but in view of the interim bail granted on 19.02.2026, the CD needs to be updated.
Therefore, Mr. Borthakur prays for some time to send back the CD for updating the same.
Heard Mr. I Rafique, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
The prayer of Mr. Borthakur is allowed.
List on 23.07.2026 for production of the up-to-date CD.
Till then, the interim order dated 19.02.2026 shall continue.
