GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON DR NRIPEN KUMAR DUTTA V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM

GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 25 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 27:

None appears for the petitioner on call, while Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. PP submits that although he has the Case Diary with him but the same is not updated and prays that he may be allowed to send back the same and get the up - to - date Case Diary, specially to look into the fact as to whether the petitioner had given his statement pursuance to the interim order dated 22.09.2025.

Prayer is allowed.

List this matter on 19.11.2025.

An interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date of listing.
