GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON CHINMOY DEKA AND ANR V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM

GUWAHATI, India, Aug. 18 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on July 18:

1. Heard Mr. A. M. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who prays for somemore time for producing the case diary.

2. The prayer is allowed.

3. List this matter again on 12th of August, 2025.

4. The interim order shall continue till the next date.
