GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BIJU DAS ALIAS BABU AND ANR V/S STATE OF ASSAM

GUWAHATI, India, March 10 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Feb. 9:

Heard Mr. T. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Mr. T. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the matter may be taken up on a later date as there are some personal difficulties.

Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the Case Diary has been received and the same may be retained till the next date.
