GUWAHATI, India, Jan. 6 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Dec. 5:
Mr. M.K. Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to oversight certain mistakes had crept in while filing the writ petition. He therefore seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition and incorporate the correction accordingly.
The writ petition therefore stands dismissed on withdrawal with liberty.
