GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BAJRANGBALI ISPAT V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM AND 7 ORS.

GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 22 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 22:

Mr. A. K. Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there are options of outside court settlement on the issue in the matter, and he has also submitted that he has taken the consent of the learned counsel for the respondents to pray for adjournment for 3 (three) weeks.

Prayer is allowed.

Let this matter be listed after 3 (three) weeks, on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
