GUWAHATI, India, Oct. 22 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Sept. 22:
The learned counsel of both sides have submitted that the case has been settled in an out of court settlement for an amount of 30 lakhs as full and final payment. The Authority Letter of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited has been handed over to the Court and the same shall form a part of the record.
Since the parties have settled the matter outside the Court, the present Interlocutory Application as well as the connected MAC Appeal are disposed of on compromise.
