GUWAHATI, India, July 1 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on June 2:
On the prayer of Md. S.Z.B. Alkas, learned counsel for the petitioner, further a week's time is granted to the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent Nos.2 and 3 by registered post with A/D as well as by usual process.
